Resource Consents: Application for various consents for projects covering all aspects of design features, environmental input, use of resources.

Design and Documentation: Preparing design brief and preliminary and developed designs for projects from small-scale developments of housing to large residential and commercial projects. Design philosophy and the development of a project to meet the client's needs of the surrounding environment in the basis of our work ethics. Documentation for proposal of high standard is our ultimate standard and the use of conventional and CAD operating systems are used to develop the project.

Project Observations: Observation of the works on a 'callout' or casual basis is offered through to a full observation of works basis. This is available to each project.

Project Management:
In addition to observation full project management is a service we provide and deem as a continuation of the project from its inception to completion. Many projects are developed with a turn key operation.
